Return policy

1) For return, the customer must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. It takes three to five days for our return.

2) Return is not possible if the customer gets any kind of stain or product damage after receiving the product.

3) If no problem is found after the product arrives at the office of Twelfth, then the shipping of the product or other cost will be borne by the customer.

Warrenty policy

No warranty will be extended except for a specified period.

The general warranty has a time limit of 24 hours. The customer has to check the product and inform about it. Otherwise, if there is any problem, the twelfth will not be able to cooperate.

1) The product must be delivered to our office for warranty. In this case any kind of cost has to be borne by the buyer.

2) Product warranty must be within certain rules. Going for over voltage. Falling into the water. To break To break Warranty will not be given in case of such problems.

3) Electronic product If you need any parts in this case, you have to give it to the customer.
